So here are ten things to aid your becoming

So apply generously apply without relent

But you must forgive them and be patient because they are learning too

Three you do not draw from what seems like a well because depth cannot be imitated
And there can be no substitute for the refreshment of living waters
Four you do not pour into a broken vessel because you need relief
If they had the answers you seek perhaps they wouldn't be broken too
Five protect your peace everyone wants it but only a few would ever give it to you freely
Six people are more fragile than they care to admit
Not everyone can carry the emotional burden that you now normalise
So when people give themselves to you handle with care
Seven lead with your heart it takes courage to face your fears
But it takes love to emerge whole and unbroken
Eight you see pain is not a trophy to display and endurance is not a sign of strength
Suffering at the expense of your health will kill you even fish will drown in bad waters
Nine you must learn to receive love it is not kindness to deny yourself the gift that
You so freely give to others you are worthy of love
Ten forgiveness is a two-way street and guilt is a glutton that will eat you whole
So you must learn to forgive yourself you are not your mistakes and who you were is
Not as important as who you could become
So live as someone who understands what it means to be alive just live
