I've been in survival mode ever since childhood.
Healing scares me cause it's all unknown now.
I'm afraid for me cause I never felt anything else before.
It's as if everything you've ever been taught in your life,
Is wrong or toxic, you are trying to heal for that.
You are doing your best to become a better person,
But you don't know how to get there yet.
You're just hoping that everyone around you doesn't leave.
Abandonment traumas creeping up,
Believing that you are not good enough,
So people always tend to leave you behind
