You tell the time in a different way
And it won't take long to say how much we sway
On a barren planet we'll shoot the breeze
We'll list and creek and drop our leaves all around
And the sun shines down there's chlorophyl
Pumping through my veins and Im growing still
A haven and a home to smaller things
We've got the shade and the cool it brings to our roots
And over our shoulder the sun arrives, and it's the morning of our lives agains
And the rain it falls and roots grow thick, ground gets soft but I won't leave quick
