Tired of wandering aimlessly
Unsure of just about everything
I'll take the red pill traverse into this black forest
Life and death, existent hand in hand
A tesseract of emotions unfolding in this
Labyrinth of confusion, and discontent
Here all is blackened, the roses, the trees
My disposition in the cold winter breeze
Amongst the crows flying I hope to release
The fear of the jackals in the shadows waiting for me
Suddenly falling into the swamp
The mist engulfs my lungs
And the leeches, thorns, the ticks, doppelgangers
They are sucking, laughing, stabbing, bleeding me
To the edge of lifeless
And the living vines, coiled around my limbs
In a bind, bleeding eyes, numb acknowledging
Should be pain, agony but I'm just too f*cked to care
Still alive
Visited by a sprite, all clad in grey orchids
She reassures me
Continue on, where
All is blackened, the roses, the trees
Your disposition between dead and living
Among shadows lying you must hope to unleash
The powers forgotten lost to apathy
