Used to punch in, day by day
Now robots work, I just play
They took my desk, and my chair
Guess I'll chill in my underwear
Robots stole my job, ain't that a hoot?
I'm sipping lemonade, while they reboot
Life's purpose gone, in a metallic swoop
Now my biggest task is scooping poop
My car's self-driving, thinks it's smart
Took me to work, but I'm just at Walmart
Bots got my job, no more nine to five
I'm in the aisles, just learning to survive
Robots stole my job, but I can't complain
They do the dishes, while I play a game
Life's purpose lost, but hey, that's fine
As long as they don't drink my wine
Decided then, to try and take up art
But the bots paint and sculpt like Bonaparte
Entered a contest, felt like a clown
Next to their creations, mine just let me down
Robots stole my job, ain't that a hoot?
I'm sipping lemonade, while they reboot
Life's purpose gone, in a metallic swoop
Now my biggest task is scooping poop
Hey Siri, Alexa, can't you see?
I'm bored out of my mind, come entertain me
Play some tunes, or tell a joke
Life with robots, it's an odd little poke
My vacuum's smarter than I ever was
Cleans up my mess, without a fuss
I tried to help, but it gave me a nudge
Guess I'm just a human, holding a grudge
Robots stole my job, it's a bizarre twist
I'm on the couch, with a growing list
Of shows to watch, and games to play
In this new robot world, I'll find my way
