I'm getting sick of this town
And sick to death of these political clowns
I'm a rambling fool with enough fears and ideas to fuel a breakdown
Everything seems so f*cked
But there's clearly no point in giving up
Don't just do what you're told
Or we are just slaves growing old in the cold all beholden
We try to save but we're sold all the gold banks have stolen
To control and dominate they separate, segregate, isolate until we trust no-one
We have to save our homes and our bones before they are broken
Home, home, home
As all of these companies unite
Their profits outweigh what's morally right
Left with poor education
Each cut adds up to further decline
The weak the sick and the old
They are important to these corporate clones who pedal their dope
We are just slaves growing old in the cold all beholden
We try to save but we're sold all the gold banks have stolen
To control and dominate they separate, segregate, isolate until we trust no-one
We have to save our homes and our bones before they are broken
As we all soldier on
Instead of our future they invest in a bomb
But we can't save our children when the planet's gone
They say that we live in tough times
And that hard work will carry us through fine
While they wine and dine
Home, home, home, home
