No strength will avail this mountain
Stake no claim to soothe your doubting
Framed in rust tetanus stained foundry
Cannot handle bathing in her fountain
Projected shame
Teaches children
To take the blame
Ever drilling
Weakness from care
Instilling
Hate feigning reason
Cracked hope quelling
You always take what you need from this softness
You Drink from the river Corrupt her gifts with hatred frothing
A mind can move just to follow
A word can choke sight can swallow
Sisters want life yet You're sightless
Cramped eyes glare with false righteousness
Built with twigs twigs to bricks
Topple her within your midst
Mothers suffer from your litanies
The Law tongues lies
Of serenity
Yet Sheds her blood just to sit with thee
Snaring breaths
Imposed intimacy
Her blood outpours community
These signs and hope Seek listening
For she wars not through blights is glittering
House upon her back
Her strength breeds history
Speak for mute hurt heal her feet
Let grow thistle rose or wheat
Clear lucent air fresh wood and peat
Always hold her humble seat
