It's funny how we keep running like a bunny making money but honey, at what cost, at what cost
We spend half of our life making wealth and another half spending the same wealth fixing our health
Sadly, it is too late by the time we realize health is wealth
We work in the office for hour and hour
While ignoring that the need of the hour
Is to work out, get out and smell the flower, smell the flower
While we are busy as a bee, we are paying a hefty fee
And we fail to see that physical activity is the key, is the key
Saying I don't have time is a crime when your health is not fine, not fine

You have a high resting heart rate
And a frequent doctor's appointment date
I met this lovely lady who was on a solo trip, she was sixty and still looked nifty, nifty
I asked her how did you get there, and she said it was self-care, self-care
There you have it, age is just a number
Take care of your health
And you will look and feel younger
Staying fit is a choice, choice
Make it an indispensable part of your day
Just like brushing your teeth
You need to exercise daily to get on your feet
Watch what you eat
Cut down that sweet
Get on your feet and walk that street
Cut down those fries
Stop telling yourself lies, stop telling yourself lies
Rise with the sunshine, exercise
Simply start, take care of your heart
Read the label, put good food on the table
Add healthy food in your cart, eat smart
Don't let junk food lure, eat pure
Exercise is the cure for sure, for sure
Get your new gym shoes or dust off those old running shoes
Scale down that booze
Do not put that alarm to snooze
Or you will definitely lose
Start slow, go with the flow, go with the flow
Start with 10 mins of stretching or Yoga every morning
Gradually step up, level up, just don't give up
Be patient, consistent and persistent
Remember, good things in life take time
