Little thumb strong and hardworking
Grasping things never complaining
Leading the other fingers all four
Working hard every day never ceasing
One day a chaotic event
Thumbkin was shot a pin pierced through
Painful cries tears streaming down
The other fingers scared rushed to help
Thumbkin endured no tears were shed
Gritting his teeth fighting on unfazed
Remembering Grandpa's words
"Bravery doesn't mean no fear"
Determined to pull the pin out
Painful torment but no surrender
The other fingers afraid tried to stop
But he persevered pulling till success
Thumbkin became the hero of the fingers
Proving that small but strong in spirit
Teaching us that everyone has power
To face challenges fight with resilience
Thumbkin teaches us even when small
We can achieve great things
Be brave determined never give up
Believe in ourselves and succeed
