Still, I wonder if months indoors was what I needed or not
Laying underwater makes you question everything you've done
I procrastinated my way through the first two months and after that, I didn't do anything else
And I needed something new

The bonds held me together and
When everything went dark, it pulled me back up
I'm not drowning anymore, my lungs are full and my head is clear
It saved me from the war that was playing in my head

I couldn't help but fill my pool when I finished up with this
Evidently the journey ended, but I didn't expect this
I connected with everybody that I met, they were my safety net
