Ki Tisa, the parsha of truth
The Torah shines, guiding our youth
God's commandments, clear and bright
Walk in His ways, in His holy light
Moses on the mountaintop, speaking to God
The people below, feeling lost and flawed
Golden calf, they built with their hands
But God's mercy, like water, expands
He said"I'll be with you, don't fear the way"
The commandments I give, keep them every day
Thou shalt not kill, no stealing or lies
Honor your parents, lift them to the skies
Ki Tisa, the parsha of truth
The Torah shines, guiding our youth
God's commandments, clear and bright
Walk in His ways, in His holy light
Thou shalt not covet, be content with your share
Work the land, show kindness and care
The Tabernacle built with hands of skill
The presence of God, with us still
Moses returns, his face aglow
From being with God, the light does show
The tablets were broken, but grace did remain
God's love for us, no one can restrain
Ki Tisa, the parsha of truth
The Torah shines, guiding our youth
God's commandments, clear and bright
Walk in His ways, in His holy light
Remember the Shabbat, keep it holy
Set apart, no work, feel the spirit solely
With every commandment, we walk in His ways
Living the Torah, through all our days
Ki Tisa, the parsha of truth
The Torah shines, guiding our youth
God's commandments, clear and bright
Walk in His ways, in His holy light
So stand tall, keep the mitzvot strong
In the presence of God, we all belong
Ki Tisa teaches, it's clear and true
With Torah in hand, there's nothing we can't do.
