When The day comes around
When my body lies in the ground
Will you gather up your fellow man?
Or will your words speak lower than the setting sun?
They speak in tongues I have never known
For its not acceptable to talk down from their thrown
So they step down and hide behind veils of deceit
As they stand next to the coffin looking down at their feet
I'm burning away
The ghosts you left inside my head
The nights I would spend laying in my bed
Thinking if i'm so alone
Then God is dead
He would've heard by now
That i'm down here all on my own
But he hasn't picked up in days
Maybe he wants me to live this way
When the day comes by
After everyone's said goodbye
Will you carry on, forget what's lost and gone?
Or will guilt find a way to get inside of you?
