The town's Mayor, Drop D, was very cunning indeed
He made sure all the money intended for the Orphanage ended up in his pockets
Everyone in town was aware that he and the Orphanage's Director embezzled the money intended for food and heating for the Institution
Yet they still silently paid the unfair taxes imposed by the Mayor, supposedly for the needs of the Orphanage
Due to the poor living conditions inside the Orphanage, the most courageous boys would sneak out and plunder the market stalls, in an effort to ease their hunger
One rainy afternoon, the police officer on patrol of the market, managed to corner the young boys in an alley
This time they were in big trouble... when suddenly a shadowy figure appeared behind the boys...
