Low have I come to fall,
And yet I've come not far enough,
To attain the whole of Darkness,
In my rendezvous with Death.
With every pulse of its core,
I stray with terminal speed,
To final knowing and ruin,
Through a putrid sublimation.
In my Dorian quest
I deny the embrace of Eros,
And abscond from its warmth
To where the Light reaches not.
With ravenous force shall I kiss
The ruinous heart of the Abyss.
In my Satanic quest,
I embrace Thanatos,
And arrive upon its cold and barren Earth,
Where the Light shall never reach;
I engage in Destruction's dance,
Returning to the womb of Death,
With a love of Darkness
Surpassed only by a fear of the Light.
