Identity - Stuck Lyrics

It all started when the kid was ten, little man got no friends and at home it was tense
'Cause the little boy named darren often gets beat up by his own parents
So he started slangin' weed pills and gram rocks, all day hanging on the corner off the block
And he made friends but what does it mean if the only friends you have are drugdealers and crackfiends
Darren can't see he's blind to the facts, 'cause once he gets caught he ends up being backstabbed
Hopin someone pays his bail wanting to escape, but little does he realise for this it is too late
Darren pushed drugs the cops knew the facts, lured in an alley at dark sellin crack
Lack of opportunities pushed him to that, so what could he do he got caught in the trap
So darren grows up in a juvi penitentiary, pushed in a cage with the beasts kinda' scary
The territory, only unfriendly, it didn't take long before the kid starts bending
He breaks, in shock facing his fears, nobody who would listen to him, or even hear
And the kid who tried his luck is now wiping off tears cause darren got stuck for the next couple of years

Some need support, they were alone, got pushed into what's wrong
Do this to survive don't do this for fun, some try to hide and some try to run
Some need support, they were alone, got pushed into what's wrong
Do this to survive don't do this for fun, some try to hide and some try to run

Then we got Sophia she's only fourteen and she fled away from home for the future that's foreseen
Her stepdad awaits when early or late, she couldn't go to bed without being afraid
'Cause the f***er used to touch her, mother wouldn't trust her, so what's a girl gon' do if the whole family hurts her
So she seeks for love, love on the streets but the peeps she meets only want love in the sheets
She only sees what she was used to it's scary and the thugs pushing her into burglary
Because nun' of the bums got any money, so she does the aiming "stand still and hold steady"
But she gets shot the moment that they ready, pack the bags and leave Sophia, no pity
All alone, prone and she got shot, that while they waiting for the cops to show up
All the girl needed was just some good luck, but this stickup was a little too much
She's now in cuffs in the back off the car, on her way to live behind bars
Sophia's now in shock, from facing her fears, nobody who would listen to her, or even hear
And the kid who tried her luck is now wiping off tears cause Sophia got stuck for the next couple of years

Some need support, they were alone, got pushed into what's wrong
Do this to survive don't do this for fun, some try to hide and some try to run
Some need support, they were alone, got pushed into what's wrong
Do this to survive don't do this for fun, some try to hide and some try to run
