As the earth has her seasons
We too renew
As the snake sheds the old skin
We too renew
As the water races and replaces
We too renew
As the moon wanes and waxes
We too renew
All things must end, so the new life can begin
As the flower buds with purpose
We too will bloom
As the bloom withers and fruits
We too make room
As the seed inside dies
We too were doomed
As the sprout crawls to the light
We too burst through
All things must end, so the new life can begin
As the waters fall from the sky
Back to the arms of the sea
Till they fly, fly away so high
Molecules becoming free
And down, down again they race
To the seas calm embrace
The first is last and death
Death will reign again
As above, so beneath
Growth that never ends
As above, so beneath
As the sprout crawls to the light
We too will bloom, soon.
