Hello, I'm twenty four
I've concluded that I don't wanna live no more
See I
Always couldn't find my place
In society
I couldn't ever find my taste
Couldn't ever prove my case
All of y'all always told me I was crazy
Picked and pulled at me I was subjected to hazing
Depressed and always stressed about what my days would bring me next
I developed a burning hatred about everybody around me
Wanted to see them all die so they could suffer like I do
But at that point I decided I didn't wanna die to
I just tucked the hatred away in a place in my heart
I knew I could recall whenever I needed protection I needed it to
Take me away
To a good place I can stay
The devil has my soul
I can't get him out of me
So take me away
To a good place I can stay
The devil has my soul
Here he comes to use me
Okay, so here's what you gotta do
Go load up on guns and ammo you better get armor to
Tonight your gonna go out on the town to a place that is full
And the people are cheering
I want you to go and have one last hoorah stumble on out to the gun
That you left in the car
Makin sure nobody sees where you are
Never thought that I could take you this far
But here we are
Looked up at the sky and I picked out a star
That was gonna be ours
I Downed a bottle of vodka then I went for the door
But I was stopped by a pretty familiar face
And She cried
She Said why are you doin this for
Take me away
To a good place I can stay
The devil has my soul
I can't get him out of me
So take me away
To a good place I can stay
The devil has my soul
Here he comes to use me
I didn't hesitate I knew what I had to do
Put a gun to her head that was your final tune
As you fell to the ground your eyes rolled back
Yeah, now you can't laugh at me now this is payback for that
So I ran for the door shot the glass to warn 'em I was comin
Took a look as they were runnin then I started gunnin and a grinnin
This is how it's gun be endin In a bloody mess
I see em droppin as im pumpin brak a brak a brak a
Go ahead and run from me if you wanna meet your maker
I Made another round just to try and make it quicker
Felt a sting I'm goin down, now my visions getting dimmer
You Think I could pull this off all alone in my head
See I didn't want the devil in I was tormented
Whatever he said, I did
I lost myself to him
Take me away
To a good place I can stay
The devil took my soul
Can't get him away from me
Please take me away
To a good place I can stay
The devil had my soul
This is how he used me
Listen up
You see the problem in our great nation isn't a matter of gun control
It takes a lunatic some time to devise a plan to do the crime
The issue we face isn't about creed or race
It's mentally disturbed people who never were given proper care
See we closed the institutions that we call the looney bins
How many people would we have saved if they could have mental help instead
By they I mean the shooters, the killers of innocent people
A normal person doesn't make rape and hit lists
What we need is to open the doors of the mental institutions
Giving a place of hope to those with mental delusions
How many lives could have been saved
If they were put in a place with phsychological professionals
Treating their messed up mental issues
I admit it sounds bad, but so is 30 people dead
So let's let you decide what's better instead
30 people dead?
Or one getting help instead?
