The old metronome stops keeping time
The covenant is wretched, but this one is mine
A wonderful sight, our world engulfed by the sea
With the great priest atop the tower is me
It gifts me it's wings, I cannot resist
And I am pleased to be in it's grip
Swallowed old victorian homes
All who remain around the monolith gather
And welcome the great priest Cthulhu
Welcome him home to conquer and devour
Common man to lament: "It gifts me it's wings"
"And I am pleased to be in it's grip"
He's my father, and I'm but a ghost in his world
(I woke to a tumultuous stir, and feel such a calling to this incredible dream
The sands always stirring, the ocean floor all around us
I belong to the faith, the fire, and the frenzy
I chose to die in the cavern of embrace, in these days, hand in hand aside
The world's greatest beasts
So maddening in thunderous size
So deafening these bells always calling to me, always calling out me)
He's my father, and I'm but a ghost in his world
It gifts me it's wings, I cannot resist
I built this monolith, are you pleased?
