I know what it's like
To have a life apart from Earth's birds and bees
I don't need to see it or feel with my body
I have wings in my Fantasy
Sometimes it's nice, but mostly black and white
Gold crowns with currents tingle my knees
And when the yelling turns to blue birds singing a song
I'm the Queen in my reverie
Alarm rings, I'm awake but not yet up
A weight in my lids wants to sleep
Adventurous missions become vivid visions
At night I can't help but daydream
I've so many friends that give me advice, but none that'll hold my hand
They take me to rivers I've not been to before
Jump!
I can't swim in reality
