Now God is a mystery
We may not understand
There's Father, Son and Spirit
The Son became a man
And Jesus became our saviour
God's one and only Son
Yes they are the Godhead, yes they are the three in one

Though God dwells in my heart
Still I stand in His hands
Though Jesus sits by the Father's throne
Yet here beside me-He stands
For God is omnipresent
Yes He is every where
God is Father, Son and Spirit, a mystery beyond compare

God is Omnipotent
All powerful is He
Yet became a gentle lamb
That they nailed to a tree
He could have called for the angels
To come and set Him free
Yet He chose to remain
Sacrificed for you and me
