Liberty is rarely free
Someone has to pay
Like Jesus did on Calvary's cross
For all the world that day
For when He died He satisfied
The price demanded for sin
His blood was pure and would secure
Victory for all men
Victory brought liberty
To set all men free
If they'd but claim the Holy name
Of the one slain on Calvary
But if they choose to refuse
His gift of eternity
They will bear the blame of sin and shame
And all their iniquity
Victory was offered me
And all those that will
That will believe and gladly receive
What He did on that hill
He gave His all so those that call
And believe on His name
Will find His peace and sweet release
From all that brings them pain
