Nick Johnson - Pirate Adventure Lyrics

Nick Johnson - Pirate Adventure Lyrics

[ Featuring Nino Morro ]

Lots of sword fighting over dramatic music

PIRATE 1:
Looks like it s the end of the road for ye, sonny boy!

PIRATE 2:
Um May I just interject for a moment before you, you know push him over the edge or rip his limbs off?

PIRATE 1:
What is it? I ve got blood to spill!

PIRATE 2:
Would it not be true that it is really with me with who your battle lies? Young William here is merely an accessory to get me here. What you re really looking for is this?

BOY:
Wait! What!? It was you who stole the key? I thought I had it!

PIRATE 2:
Once a pirate, always a pirate, my dear!

PIRATE 1:
Enough! Get back here!

Ah .

Fighting resumes.

BOY:
Behind you!

Is that all you ve got?

Fighting continues for quite some time, until Pirate 2 and Boy lock themselves in a cabin, fighting sfx continue outside.

PIRATE 2:
Now, if you believe what the commander is telling you, then you re more of a fool than I thought.

BOY:
What do you mean?

PIRATE 2:
Where s the rum? Why is there never any left?

BOY:
Just slow down. What are you talking about?

PIRATE 2:
Well, my dear boy, listen. Beneath the great black mountain lies the great ship of Captain Barnabas. (Pause) and this key unlocks the crypt to the missing gem stones. For the last time, where s the rum?

(more rummaging)

Ah!

(sound of bottle being uncorked and poured)
