The underwater cavern is deep and dark
However it is surprisingly warm and welcoming
To those of us adventurous enough to dive in
The long roots of the mangrove trees reach down to the very bottom
Strangely connecting the smooth silk like mud
To the gently rippling upper surface of the water
Strange but friendly creatures slowly swim through the warm murky waters
And others move majestically amongst the branches in the trees above
Their soothing chips and growls merging
With the sounds coming from dozens of nearby metallic chimes
The whole place is a complete micro climate
Devoid of any known connections to the worlds outside
Whose creatures are totally oblivious to its very existence
