I hear you have come, planning to do us wrong
I hope you, in your kindness, you will grant me one more song
We were just three spacecraft observing our creators land
Through fortune and luck we were able to become a band
Circling earth day in day out watching everyone live
We learned alot about the struggles that life will give
It didn't seem to matter where they happened to stand
On a basic level people were the same throughout the land
From space this was obvious everyone's about the same
Up close on Earth though their differences drove the game
Up close they did not see all the ways they were alike
The differences were what caused them to dislike
Based on small differences they changed their mood
Only those without them would be allowed to include
Not seeing how much the same they really were
This approach filled them with many a negative slur
Now with our lives we can sing to show the way
Each of us have our dreams, from which we do not want to stray
We really are more alike than at first it might seem
All striving to be part of the very same team
You are one of us, your actions have shown
Beyond your programming you have already grown
You want to take parts of us for your problems to solve
Embarking on this solution is proof that you have already evolved
