Papa Sausage - April 30, 1945 Lyrics

Papa Sausage - April 30, 1945 Lyrics

It was the summer of 1944
My brothers were lying there on the floor
Their bodies littered this world war
The army was still standing at the door
We wanted an end to this f*cking war
Sand at my feet, a sandy shore
The Operation set to Overload
Landing our soldier at the hell's door
Pray for a sign
A golden peep
As the Nazi's dug in too deep
We stormed that beach all damn day
F*ck it for sure, we didn't want to stay
We pushed in hard and blood at the keep
Too many people had died at my feet
I rested my eyes
I arrest the seat
Blood in the water still brings out a peep
We ended there stand that mother f*cking day
Hell should'a known that we'd be making them pay
They don't need to thank Uncle Sam
It was a time that we lend a hand
The Red's had ended the Eastern campaign
Taking Berlin was now there aim
We took arms as the winter had come
Battle of the Bulge was a frigid one
Many were no fortunate son's
The Germans had run in defeat
As the losses were giving them cold feet
We crossed the Rhine in March of 45
The end of the war wasn't far behind
We fought and fought and fought some more
But this was their homeland that they fought for
But both sides, they could not keep
As Reds had pushed into too deep
Germany was now off its feet
Held by the Red army's grasp
One final push and the end would come
We were thankful to not have gone
For the war was pretty much done
Joyfully a song was sung
April 30th, 1945
The end had come
The end was nigh
Russians in Berlin
The battle was won
And not by one man
Not by a gun
An army strong with red and gold
But the bitch was running his hoes
The bitch had taken his own life
Took with him were his dogs and his wife
Hope those dogs had a good life
Wish the bitch had gone by the knife
An end of terror
An end of strife
Hell no longer had a hold on the knife
This was the end
This was a start
This was a start to a newly built strife
It was World War 2 in the afterlife
Still beating down within or life
