I wade through ice and snow
A black bird starts to crow
Over this ridge ahead
You should watch where you tread
What lies in wait for me
I will not turn and flee
The white woods of the hound
A wolf that can't be downed
I will not fear
This burden I bear
To kill these monsters
This dog I will conquer
Fear will find you among the trees
That air on your back is not the breeze
I ascend the ridge leaving the raven behind
I stand in silence a few steps from the treeline
The snow will be crimson with blood
Crushed under the body that falls with a thud
Under the canopy I hear snow crunch
Paw prints confirm my hunch
I feel it's breath on my back, I stand and fight
