When we use so much pesticide
It should come as no surprise
That when we spray so liberally
It's gonna affect ecology
There's something that can be done
A little bit from everyone
Insist they stop with this toxicity
Before we lose all the bees
This world is going down the drain
If no one acts now, it can never be the same
In the name of profit, burning forests, poisoning seas
If you don't believe it, I suggest you ask the bees
If we cut down every single tree
There'll be no oxygen left to breathe
Deforesting all the land
Our end may be at hand
Destroying wildlife's habitat
Is something we excel at
For ignoring Gaia's plight
We should feel quite contrite
Something is wrong with a society
That allows such impropriety
Allowing business to sell the earth for cash
It's gonna end up in the trash
There's only so much there to take
But there are changes we can make
We can blame it on the upper class
But our complacency is their free pass
