If you want to be free, there's something that you need to know
If we disagree, it's okay to just let it go

We may have different beliefs and have different vows
But that doesn't mean we can't still find common ground

We keep looking to those who profit the most
They guarantee they'll deliver if they get the votes

In every way that they can they put on the squeeze
And make it harder and harder for the rest of us to breathe

Don't need to be validated, certified, licensed, or degreed
Just a heart that ready to follow when the spirit calls you to lead
We the people is what we need

Each and every one of us is all on our own
But we means we don't have to go it alone

Together we can stand strong while divided we fall
But the owners just want us to fight and convince us to brawl

People, to love one another's the way
Evil has certainly lead us astray

We are all so much more than just left and right
Can we finally see through the darkness and walk into the light

Don't need no parties, religions, super pacs, platforms, or creeds

These are the troubling times in which we live
And we've found a lot that we need to forgive

We're each of us on our journey in search of the answer
Don't cast judgment so early and don't be so willing to cancel

These are the tools with which we get to serve
Peace, hope, and love is what we deserve
We are here to provide whatever the world needs to grow
May we all find the grace to wake up and live in the flow
