Could this be something they love to hear and recommend to a friend
Now the replay button hates them because of how they won't let it end
What they see hated by many just because it won't fit the trend
That most people these days all follow unlike the music I've penned
When its suited to bringing pleasure to those that play it for years
Existing not to be censored it's meant just as it appears
Some will bare discontent but that means it's not meant for their ears
Or made to seek attention from the people that start to diss out of fears
You'll take the spot they held down that was always meant to be yours
So attention they gave won't be returned even with the hint that implores
Me to give them time they don't deserve with the intent we'd have wars
Those who don't think for themselves will judge from what they went with that stores
A perception that bares this image that truth comes from those who fall
Victim to the thoughts they'd find success so they pretend like them all
That find it hard to be themselves so they descend to a thrall
Of fallacies that life creates that will upend when they stall
Then call me soft say I'm not liked my music has no appeal
It's never something they would write so perhaps I just lack their skill?
Since I don't mention things they often do on a track they'd be glad to kill
But sometimes they say things that I'm sure their actions can't back as real
See what they say leads to actions having to be proven they will
Be done, while everything that I choose to say will always reveal
Choices that avoids the consequences that I don't find ideal
Instead of feeding what they admire that requires I feel
Out of place you see my chase is never bound by the aim
Or pace that someone else will race soon I'll astound by the name
That I made for myself so I never regret just who I became
And if others loved themselves then I'm sure that they would do the same

Never will I change to be who I was never meant
See if I change who you see you wouldn't like who I present
Because an asshole is what you'll get that's completely far from the gent
That everyone knows me to be so just know that he won't relent
On giving up what I've planned those dreams are there for creation
To obtain success that's well deserved consider that in relation
To the love that can't be broken when you're born to those that are true
Never taking those six for granted now its time we get whats been due
What's real is what I bring so what you get with me will be shown
From actions taken replacing words that will never be thrown
I'm the man I'm meant to be so you'll never see me be prone
To wanting to be someone else my actions and thoughts are my own
