Now i am a wounded wolf
I am left to wander the land
And only try to understand
Why would do such a thing
That caused me such pain
Now i can't hunt with the pack
You struck me down and i can't go back

The snow falls to the ground
My footsteps don't make a sound
Blood spills from my soul
And there's no one to console
I leave a trail of red and white
It's too cold to sleep at night
In the distance I see a fire
That could be a human or a funeral pyre

As i walk closer to the light
I begin to lose my sight
The world goes dark
And i start to dream
I was flying as a dove
Then i was a boy who fell in love
He was heartbroken when she left
All alone he sat and wept

As my soul left my body
I turned into everybody
I ascended into the sky
I watched as the clouds strolled by
I got lost within the sound
In that moment I was found
