I walk through stars,
And build a love that glides.
Through storms we ran,
But I slipped,
And fell behind.
Take flight of this life,
And let us sail these streets.
I read your books,
And stole what we could steal.
We watch old films,
And stayed up far too late,
"If you could see what I've seen, with your eyes".
I bought you a lighthouse,
For your finest hour,
To guide you by seas and stars.
