Their goal was to get lost
Somewhere in between the apathy and the binary
Our five travelers decided it was time to log off
To count the cost
To come face to face with their fatal flaws
To skip some rocks
Whatever those are
They had sung songs before
But they felt dead
Clipping into the red
Smashing up against the ceiling of humanity to try to stick inside a persons head
It gets old fast
Like we all tend to do
So, they decided to chase after a new song
They ran into the wonderlands
And they looked for color
They looked for rhythm
They looked for daylight
A break in the trees
A whisper of wind
The rush of a rapid
They wanted to feel alive, and uncomfortable, and extremely sad, and overjoyed, and Cry on each others shoulders
About death, and life, and jokes
Fires, stars, and ghosts
And love
And the meaning of it all
This digital life was not for them
Not in a mean way
They meant no offense
It's not you, it's them
But they needed more
And they didn't know what more was
But, they needed it
So they went to find it
And this, is that
