Tori Amos released of her debut children's book, Tori and the Muses, on March 4th. She also unveiled a surprise companion album, titled The Music of Tori and the Muses.

The Penguin Workshop/Penguin Young Readers release is centered on a young Tori who is visited by Muses who inspire her to write and create. With a floating pink piano, tiny Tori is emboldened to embark on a music-making adventure of her own. Illustrations for the book were created by New York-based artist Demelsa Haughton.

The companion album sees Amos joined by longtime collaborators Mark Hawley, Jon Evans, Matt Chamberlain, Ash Soan, and John Philip Shenale.
